The Synthetic & Rayon Textiles Export Promotion Council (SRTEPC) has urged the Union minister of commerce and industry Suresh Prabhu for inclusion of yarns and fabrics segment under Rebate of State Levies (RoSL) scheme. More than 200 textile weaving units will be set up in the newly developed Bardoli-II Industrial Estate in Miyawadi village of Bardoli zone of Surat district in Gujarat, according to top officials of the Gujarat Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC).
