Nicole and Choo, Take 4–Marking her fourth season as the face of Jimmy Choo, Australian actress Nicole Kidman brings some attitude to the pre-fall 2014 campaign (see Nicole in the spring advertisements). The blonde beauty poses with her hand on her hip, showing off her long legs in the Marlin boot. Willy Vanderperre captures Nicole with a whisper of smoke surrounding her in the images. “I really enjoyed working with Willy, he gave me such great direction, it was like being on a film set. It was

H&M’s Super Summer–Brazilian model Gisele Bundchen is back again for the summer 2014 campaign from H&M. In a preview released on WWD, the supermodel is shown wearing a skin-baring bikini look for the image photographed by Lachlan Bailey. Gisele also appeared in the brand’s fall advertisements last year. In addition to the print campaign, the blonde beauty will also be singing a cover of Blondie’s classic “Heart of Glass” in a special video. Last year, Gisele sung “All Day and All of the

Men’s fashion weeks in Milan and Paris are shifting the dates to later in January to keep the beginning of the menswear buying cycle to a "safety distance" from the Christmas holidays so that journalists and buyers don’t disrupting their holiday season. Florence-based international trade show Pitti Uomo, Italy’s Camera della Moda and Paris’ Fédération Fran?aise de la Couture have agreed to shift their dates of their men’s fashion weeks and set them for the next three years to avoid any overlap i

London Fashion Week designer Henry Holland has followed in the footsteps of Karl Lagerfeld and Zac Posen by teaming up with ice-cream brand Magnum. For the brand’s 25th birthday, Holland has created a limited edition Sixties-inspired shift as the ultimate party dress.
Using the Magnum Classics ice-cream range as his inspiration, Holland created a structured, pointed collared style shift embellished with chocolate brown and vanilla sequins to mimic the cracked chocolate of the Magnum.

Funny thing about spring fashion is that it hits stores while most of us are still layered in tights, boots, coats, and scarves. Today's temperatures are below average from coast to coast (hello, 43 degrees in NYC, 61 in L.A.!). Luckily, some designers are figuring this out and offering fashion in reality-based silhouettes as part of their spring collections. Here are a few of my favorite statement-making coats from the spring runways that you can buy now and wear now!

The jury is still out on wearing socks with sandals, but socks with pumps is definitely a spring trend that we can get behind. Sure, it takes a little bit of know-how, but this onetime fashion faux pas is trending everywhere, from the runway to the street. Check out these four pairing of socks and pumps for inspiration:

H&M may be busy marketing its new Conscious Collection, due to hit stores in April, but that hasn't stopped the retailer from producing incredibly cheap fashion of questionable ethics.
A sign in its Oxford Street window today advertises a skirt for just 3.99 pounds. One wonders how that would fit in the remit of a 'consciously' sourced production of an ethically-aware company. The 3.99 price of this item would have to cover the fabric, the wages of the manufacturer's sewers, shipping to t

The classic suit has been born again for spring. While we could see it coming for the past few seasons (cue: Celine) there were doses of beautiful tailoring at countless spring runway shows. But what's fresh is that you don't need to wear a whole suit to get the look. Mix some tailored pieces into your look for that cool polish.
Take an oversized blazer and layer it over a romantic dress like this Celine look, above. The structure off-sets the softness of the skirt keeping the look prof
