Textile industry in Punjab is yet not getting 16 hours a day uninterrupted power supply despite clear-cut instructions from Prime Minister.
According to industry sources, there was heavy fluctuation in power supply to the textile mills in Punjab, causing losses to the production units.

The Iris and B. Gerald Cantor Art Gallery at the College of the Holy Cross will feature an exhibition of Southeast Asian textiles titled “Transnational Ikat: An Asian Textile on the Move” from Jan. 24 – March 1, 2013.
